Hermanus volunteers at the start of their annual street collection.
The crew at Yzerfontein had a busy weekend with the annual Snoek Classic. They towed one boat, helped with a few sea sick participants and did a casualty evacuation of a diabetic. On Sunday evening the wine auction fund raiser, with Bok Radio presenter Rooiers as auctioneer, raised R5 500. Thanks to all who donated the wine and to the Taj hotel in Cape Town who, for the second year, donated an overnight stay and breakfast at their hotel.A big thank you to all the volunteers who went out on the fund raising drive and to all our supporters who donated so generously.
