While NSRI crews and lifeguards are out saving lives, we have a team raising funds to support their efforts. The purpose of this role is to generate donations and build relationships with donors at venues, in person, for the NSRI. The NSRI is seeking an experienced Head of Fundraising: Individual Giving to drive a data-led fundraising strategy focused on donor acquisition, retention and sustainable revenue growth. The role will lead direct marketing, contact centre operations and external partnerships, while overseeing budgets, people, CRM and analytics to maximise campaign performance, ROI and measurable fundraising impact.
