NSRI SAAF exercise in St Francis:

Sea Rescue volunteers from Cape St Francis and Port Elizabeth took part in an exercise with 15 Squadron - Charlie Flight on Saturday.The training included dry hoisting, working with long-lines and pacing a rescue boat with the helicopter. Our coxswains and training coxswain got extensive training on the helm, and our crew got training on the deck procedures as well as insight into the rescue procedures when working with a helicopter.
