Our Hout Bay volunteers are still involved with supporting the fire fighters, who, at the moment are battling flames above Baviaanskloof. The Hout Bay NSRI station was open all night and used as the Joint Operations Centre for the operation above Hout Bay. Thank you to the community members who have brought food and drink for the fire fighters to the NSRI station.Below is a picture selection of the fire yesterday from Hout Bay volunteer Craig McIver.
