Saturday 29 November 2014 was a double celebration for NSRI Station 30 – Agulhas as it was the official opening of their new boathouse and the blessing ceremony of their new 4.7 metre rescue vessel, I&J Rescuer IV.In his address, Councillor Lincoln de Bruyn, Executive Mayor of the Overberg District Municipality, thanked the volunteers for their dedication and contribution to the emergency services in the Overberg District.The boathouse was officially opened by Councillor de Bruyn, Dr Con Kruger and Cleeve Robertson (CEO NSRI)The blessing of I&J Rescuer IV was done by Mrs Valerie de Bruyn.IMG_0388 Mrs Valerie de Bruyn doing the blessingIMG_0390 IMG_0393
