Helena's story:

A family and two friends were caught by Cape Town's South Easter while enjoying a paddle on a SUP and a canoe off Bakoven. Luckily the Bakoven Sea Rescue boat was on the water and could get to them fast.Make a cup of coffee and listen to Helena's story.
