Liza Wigley, WaterWise Instructor in Eden reports:
'I have been visiting Thembalethu Secondary now for a number of weeks, popping in during their LO periods. These kids have crawled into my heart. They wanted to know about RIP CURRENTS, as most of them know the young people who drowned at Wilderness and Victoria Bay recently.
Speaking to a teacher after my last class, she told me that the learners enjoyed the WaterWise program, and that they have told her how much they have learned, and that they especially enjoyed learning about CPR.'
WaterWise Eden is proudly sponsored by the Department of Agriculture.
