Inner strength

Resilience is the ability to “bounce back and assume an original form”. Aside from providing our crew with theoretical and practical training, and then ensuring that they are physically fit for the task; it is important that we also prepare them for the impact of rescue work.We spent the day evaluating a one day seminar on resilience and we extended an invitation to some of our rescue crew to assist us with the evaluation.Thanks to everyone who participated Back row: Pippa Escreet (Station3 Table Bay), Brian Rogers (Buddy Care)
