Theodore Yach's 'In my Element' launched.

The Book Lounge in Cape Town was packed to capacity this evening for the launch of Theodore Yach's autobiography In my Element. Guests spilled out onto the pavement as Theodore spoke about his epic swims and then took questions from the floor before signing books for friends and fans.Theodore is kindly donating the proceeds of his book to Sea Rescue.
