Port Alfred's new 8.5 metre rescue boat, Lotto Challenger, passed the final test today in Cape Town. The Bollard test, measuring her ability to withstand the rigors of towing, was over in minutes and she passed with flying colours.Before the end of the month Lotto Challenger will be on station in Port Alfred.
