The class of 2019 Cederberg NSRI Rescue Swimmers and beach patrol officers are almost finished an intensive Sea Rescue Swimmer boot camp at Clanwilliam. The course which has been run at Clanwilliam by Sea Rescue trainers is funded by the Cederberg municipality and is designed to up-skill local youth to protect swimming areas at Clanwilliam dam, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay.
The 2019 Beach patrol team start work at Clanwilliam Dam, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay from Monday 25 November.
