NSRI Port Edward wild coast sun RescuerPicture: / Sea Rescue NSRI Port Edward wild coast sun RescuerPicture: / Sea RescueAt 11h50 on Thursday the 22nd September, NSRI Port Edward duty crew were asked to assist with an injury at an adventure camp close to Port Edward.A Sea Rescue first aider, who was working close to the camp at the time, responded in his private vehicle and found a 27 year old woman semi-conscious, and on the ground, at the end of a zip line. He treated her for a possible broken left wrist as well as possible head and spinal injuries.The woman is a teacher and part of a Pretoria school group being hosted at the adventure camp. She was transported to hospital by a private ambulance service in a stable condition.TO REPORT A SEA RESCUE EMERGENCY DIAL 112 FROM A CELLPHONE
