Pic credit: Errol WestollAt 15h20, Saturday, 26th December, NSRI Gordons Bay duty crew assisted Strand Lifesaving, Law Enforcement Marine, WC Government Health EMS, ER24 ambulance services, the SA Police Services and Netcare 911 at Melkbaai, Strand where a 27 year old man from Kuils River drowned while swimming.The man was recovered from the water by lifeguards and despite extensive CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) paramedics have declared the man deceased.
