Volunteering at Sea Rescue is not glamorous work. Apart from spending many hours at sea assisting total strangers our volunteers are also responsible for the cleaning up after an operation ensuring that their vessel is always ready for the next call out. They are also responsible for general base maintenance and cleanliness which is done after hours in the evenings or on weekends.Our thanks to NoMu for sponsoring a new vacuum cleaner for Station 3 Table Bay and making the lives of our volunteers a little easier.
