Station 9 Gordon's Bay volunteers, Ryan Holmes and Neil Slater, responded on Friday evening to the call to evacuate Vergelegen MediClinic in Somerset West. They were called out at around 9pm and worked through the night until 5am on Saturday morning. After a quick shower and bite to eat they met up at 6am to finish the last plots for their ENS (Electronic Navigation Systems) exam; then drove straight through to Cape Town to attend the ENS course and write their final exam.Although exhausted, these two ended top of the class!Respect.The ENS class The ENS class.
