NSRI EMERGENCY
OPERATION CENTRE (EOC)

We received a lovely compliment about one of our new fundraisers in our call centre today..I want to thank Anuschka for her outstanding telephone etiquette. I couldn't have a conversation on the phone with her yesterday and we agreed that she would call me back this morning... to my surprise she did. Her ability to interact and have a human conversation was so encouraging, as a opposed to a script whereby I could easily have just spoken to a robot as most of the 10 calls of direct marketing I receive a month. She is an asset to your cause and it makes me very positive and happy to engage with a person of this caliber where respect and LISTENING is exactly what I experienced. Outbound calls are difficult and uneasy especially when raising funds but Anuschka has shown it to be easy and overall fun. Have a great week end and thank you for saving lives in SA. I pray that you wont have to help people as getting in trouble at sea is very daunting.. I know because I have been there a few times. Regards, GlennThanks Glenn, you really made our day.Anuschka Anuschka
