WaterWise has a new Cape based volunteer Instructor. Alison Cope, a former swimming teacher, is taking Sea Rescue's water safety message into the class rooms of Cape Town schools. Her message focuses on safety of children at the waters edge, and specifically rip currents. A huge thank you to Alison for donating her time to teach children how to be safe in or near water.Alison teaches at Ellerton Primary in Sea Point, where she taught 397 children over three days about water safety.
