Richards Bay rescue boat off for refit:

Richards Bay's seven metre rescue boat, Spirit of Round Table, is on the way to Cape Town for her refit. She will be off station for about 5 months as her pontoons and electrics need to be replaced and a false transom added.During the time that she is off station rescues will be handled by the 12 metre Spirit of Richards Bay. A big thank you to Dickinson Marketing for arranging the local trucks and staff to co-ordinate the lifting, North Coast Crane and Lifting for the use of their slings and Barry's Electrical for the use of their truck and crane to move our boat.Pictures by Brynn Gericke.
