The Hout Bay volunteers organised a thank you party for Brad Geyser who stood down as their station commander after serving Station 8 for the past seven years. Before that Brad was Bakoven's Station commander and in all has served NSRI for the past 37 years. He is only the second Station Commander in the Institutes history to be given the Meritorious Service Award for his contribution to the organisation. Chris Hudson presents Brad with his Meritorious Service award. Gill and Lyall Pringle, Bevan, Brad, Dee, Cathy and Cullam Geyser. New Hout Bay Station Commander Lyall Pringle presents Brad with a gift from the station. Guests at the party thanking Brad for his service to NSRI.
