Thanks to the generosity of Italtile and their associates the renovation of the Knysna Sea Rescue station, which started on 18 June 2012, is nearing completion. It was a major job that included a revamp of the ablutions, the plumbing, wiring and the replacement of the roof - which is nearly complete.The station has been temporarily housed at the Knysna Yacht Club, and as soon as the renovation is complete they will move home - watch this space!
