Not only does Sea Rescue help people in difficulty at sea, but we also often have to go into rough terrain to assist ....... as well as help to retrieve vehicles that are stuck.Land Rover Umhlanga and Land Rover Experience kindly sponsored 20 of the Durban Sea Rescue crew to attend the Land Rover Experience course at Inchanga near Durban. Not only did they donate the course, but also provided a superb lunch for our crew. This course was a huge help as experts in the field kindly gave their time and experience to teach our volunteers how to handle conditions that one day may save a life.
