Marcus Oshry, Port Elizabeth based Sea Rescue coxswain and WaterWise Academy Instructor, was last night given Rotary’s 'Paul Harris Fellow' award at the Rotary Club of Algoa Bay's Presidential Induction Dinner.Club President, Gianna Doubell, handed the award to Marcus and this is the citation:Marcus Oshry is a man passionate about showing care in the community. He spends many hours educating the youth through WaterWise. His educational training of young people is born out of the fact that he witnesses so many tragedies through his volunteer work with the National Sea Rescue Institute.Well done Marcus!
