It was a beautiful winter's afternoon in Port Alfred as we gathered for the official blessing of the new 8.5m rescue boat Lotto Challenger. Lotto board member Portia Loyilane was the honoured guest accompanied by Lotto's Chickey Mofet-Mubu. In her speech, Portia thanked the selfless volunteers for their contribution to the community.
