CINTSA- Two men rescued:

Saturday 16th June 2012.East London duty crew were called out following a request for assistance because of engine failure from two men fishing on their 4.2 meter rubber-duck off Cintsa, approximately 15 nautical miles North East of East London.Geoff McGregor, NSRI East London station commander, said that at 16h00 NSRI East London launched Spirit of Rotary – East London and responded in very flat sea conditions. Our NSRI 4x4 vehicle, with our boat trailer in tow, drove to Cintsa.On our arrival we found the boat approximately 1 nautical mile off-shore and we towed them to the Yellow Sands boat slip-way.We recovered our sea rescue boat at Yellow Sands boat slip-way and returned to our sea rescue base in East London by road.
