We recently received this letter from Sea Rescue supporter Patricia Rossiter. It struck a cord with us so we thought that we should share it:To the Editor,Christmas approaches ( already!) and I started thinking about the NSRI volunteers who may be called out away from their families.I admire them and I also admire their families who have to face an interruption to their Christmas / New Year celebrations. The families face the waiting, the fear - what’s happening? Are they alright?Thank you to the volunteers and also to the families for their willingness to let the volunteers go out, sometimes risking their lives. For the volunteers and their families I pray for a peaceful safe holiday season.Best wishes fromPatricia Rossiter
