Imperial Yacht Club celebrates 105th birthday

Imperial Yacht Club (The Family Sailing Club) will be celebrating 105 years of sailing with an Open Day at Zandvlei, Lakeside on Sunday October 9, from 10am to 5pm. All would-be sailors and their families are invited to join in the festivities which will include sailboat races and sailing demonstrations, dinghy rides, and a pirate’s treasure hunt on the vlei. There will be a water slide and jumping castle for children and there will be light meals and snacks.
