R50 500.00 was raised for NSRI by the Gordons Bay Boat Angling Club’s offshore classic fishing competition. Mr Bobby Pearson donated a whopping R43 000.00 by bidding on this bottle of Knorhoek, donated by James van Niekerk of Knorhoek Wines, and Tim Beardmore donated R5 000.00 through his bid on a camera. The rest of the money was made up by the club giving small “spot fines” to their members and other items auctioned.A big thank-you to the club for their generosity.
