A special thanks goes to Eddy Cassar as we have, once again, been given two nights at the Baxter Theatre for the Cape Town Vodacom Funny Festival. The 2011 artists include Alan Committie, Carl Wastie, Shimmy Isaacs and Eugene Khosa all from SA , and Kalki Henenberg (Australia), Miss Ro (Korea) and Kev Orkian (UK).Dates to diarise: Mon 13 & Tue 14th JuneTickets to these specific shows are at a special rate, so that our volunteers can treat their support system of family and friends to a night out. This is not a fundraiser for the general public. We do, however, share this special evening with our colleagues in the emergency services - so the room is filled with rescuers, paramedics, firemen and the like. ....all having a good laugh.
