Keep your arms straight.It is a rocking motion that comes from your back – not the strength of your arms.Push straight down at least 2 inches at a rate of at least 100 pushes a minute.After each push, let the chest come back up to its normal position.Keep pushing until the person starts to breath or move or someone with more advanced training takes over.Never practise this on a conscious person.
