Thanks NSRI

Just a note of thanks to all who were involved in searching for me last Sunday night. I was sailing at the Vaaldam and flipped my cat and couldn’t right it again. After 5 hrs I hadn’t returned home and a friend of mine Quintin Jacobs realized that I was in trouble. He contacted the police and as could be expected they informed him that they didn’t have a vehicle and would try to put a search party together on Monday morning. According to Quintin after contracting the NSRI, he got a very different response. Even though it was about 10 O’clock, Dick Mantin got a team together and in almost no time 2 NSRI boats were out searching for me. An hour or so later I was picked up by Dick and my ordeal was over. Dick, to you a very special thanks.I would also like to thank Quintin who reacted immediately and starting the search and also Malcolm who immediately left his home in Johannesburg to join the search.
