If you plan to enjoy the hot weather on a beach please swim only where there are Life Guards on duty. Look out for their yellow and orange flags and swim only between these two flags. This is where they will be focusing their attention.If you feel that you need help all you need do is wave your arms across each other in a scissor movement, turn on your back and float until help arrives. Also make sure that you have the emergency number 10177 in your cell phone. If you plan to visit a specific beach or area please put that area's NSRI emergency number in your phone.
