We can all help at no cost to us : Woolies gives the donation – we just swipe a card. When you swipe your MY SCHOOL/MY VILLAGE card – you are not giving a cent of your money. Woolworths (and other participating stores) give a percentage of your spend to your chosen charity. What a great deal.So when you shop at Woolworths (or other participating stores) you swipe your card and they donate to charity. You can split the beneficiaries on your card to include your favorite charity and your kid’s school. You receive a monthly email showing exactly how much you have spent and how much your favorite charity has raised. This is a great fundraiser and Sea Rescue is the top charity raising almost R10 000 per month – but we need more people to join in.Just email cs@myschool.co.za giving your name and contact details of where to send the card. It’s that simple.
