It's not often you get a call from someone who tells you that you've won R100,000. But for one lucky donor, that's just what happened.
On Monday 15 August, Mrs Conradie answered the call and was announced as our August winner of R100,000.
Met with initial scepticism over the phone, we reassured Mrs Conradie that she had indeed won the cash prize as the NSRI marketers cheered in the background. "Seriously?", she exclaimed.
She jokingly said she would be taking the day off after hearing the good news.
The NSRI gives away R10,000 to five lucky donors each month, with three opportunities to win R100,000 in April, August and December. To learn more and to enter, click here.
