New wire rope installed at Station 17 Hermanus

Today saw the installation of the new wire rope at our Hermanus rescue base enabling the crew to finally house their 10m rescue boat South Star. The rescue base was newly completed this year and has been rebuilt to eventually house their new 14m Offshore Rescue Craft.
