A group of NSRI Lifeguards are in Mossel Bay this weekend to take part in Cape Champs 2019 at Santos Beach. We participate in these competitions as part of our training programme, building team spirit and keeping fitness levels up. Our lifeguards part sponsor their costs to compete and this again shows their level of commitment.Good luck to all of you, enjoy yourselves and make memories. We enjoy good relations with other emergency services. Pictured here with NSRI Melkbosstrand Lifeguard Captain Natasha Kriel.

We came 5th overall out of 12. Well done. We are so proud of you. Tough competition, tough weather conditions but amazing team spirit.
