Sea Rescue’s Survival Swimming trials commenced at the Sea Point Pavilion this week. Thanks to Friends of Sea Point Pavilion, our students and instructors have free access to the pool.10 Grade 5 students from Prestwich Street Primary School have joined our instructors to learn basic water skills. Learning to float, or get to the edge of the water, will save the lives of those who find themselves suddenly submerged.HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco is Patron of the NSRI Education Programme. The Friends of Sea Point Pavilion organised pizzas, generously donated by Posticino, drinks from Up Cycles, and sweets from the Pavilion Tuck Shop for all the students.
