NSRI Jeffrey’s Bay crew Lifeguard training

Sea Rescue Lifeguard coordinator Stewart Seini spent the weekend training with the Jeffrey’s Bay NSRI Lifeguard unit trainees and crew.“It was intense. Lots of running, lots of fitness, lots of swimming through some big surf and plenty of work with the Yamaha Wave Runner practicing surf pickups,” said Stewart.
