We were in Mossel Bay this weekend to attend the blessing of our new rescue boat St Blaize Rescuer, generously sponsored by the NLC Lotto through a grant just shy of R2.7m. We know that she will serve us well and save many lives. Our funders play an important role in each of our rescues and their ongoing support of our volunteer rescue crew means a lot to us. Thank you to each person who made this possible. May God bless her and all who sail on her. NSRI Mossel Bay Station Commander, Andre Fraser, with National Lotteries Commission Western Cape Provincial Manager, Ms Marcelle Musson who names the boat. PIC: Mossel Bay Advertiser
