NSRI Melkbosstrand Lifeguards are in Mossel Bay to take part in the Cape Surf Champs. The NSRI Lifeguard unit competed against seven Lifesaving clubs on Santos beach today. In our second-ever competition we came 5th out of 7.Very well done to all those who gave their all. We are very proud.These competitions are an integral part of our training programme, building team spirit and keeping fitness levels up. Our lifeguards part sponsor their costs and this again shows their incredible level of commitment.
