Man of many talents, Rieghard Janse van Rensburg, is an athlete, photographer and our Station Commander in Jeffreys Bay. He recently earned his Remote Pilot License to legally fly drones and this week gave an interesting talk about how they could potentially assist in rescue missions. De Viswijf restaurant, next door to the station, generously sponsored refreshments after the presentation. Kenyon Clegg has built up this group of members in JBay and will now officially retire and hand over the reigns to Judy Venter. Thank you Ken for all you have done, Sea Rescue could not function without the dedication of volunteers like you. We host regular gatherings and interesting speakers, around the country.
