Our crew from Station 18 Melkbosstrand were invited to an Appreciation Ceremony hosted by Councillor Nora Grose, Ward 23 - last night. The event was held at the Blouberg Library Hall. Helen Zille was there to congratulate our Sea Rescue crew and Marnette Meyer took the pictures.Thank you to the City of Cape Town for this honour - our unpaid volunteers freely offer up their time and on occasion risk their lives.
