We gathered today in the beautiful village of Witsand to celebrate Sea Rescue saving lives for 50 years.CEO, Dr Cleeve Robertson welcomed all our special guests and Station Commander, Theo Erasmus thanked all the supporters, donors, crew and retired crew who have supported their rescue base. Allan Cramb who is a founder crewmember of the NSRI will be honoured this year with 50 years of volunteer service. Allan shared the history of NSRI and spoke about his time as a crewmember.The guests were treated to a boat display and invited to go on a boat ride, followed by a light lunch. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us today.
