On Wednesday we received a very generous donation of Aloe Vera Health Drinks donated by Sabila Vera. The health drinks are 100% sugar free, accepted by the Frequent Foods GI Foundation, is approved by Diabetes South Africa and is also Halaal. There are six flavours, Natural, Mango, Lychee, Strawberry, Pineapple and Pomegranate. This is a great for our volunteers to have on the boats during long operations and training.
