On Friday the 3rd of February, our Station Commander from Durban, Clifford Ireland, received a cheque from Mr. Ron Pet (Rear Commodore Keelers – Point Yacht Club) for the amount of R 83 000.00.This was for the monies collected by the Durban Yacht Clubs (PYC, RNYC, Bluff, Durban Boat Owners) over the 2016 year.Various events are held during the year, the largest being the annual Barrel Race which seeks to raise money for the Durban NSRI for the valuable work they do in serving the yachting community in Durban.The Durban NSRI station wish to thank all involved for their valuable support and generosity.IMG-20170204-WA0002
