This morning our crew from Station 23 Wilderness were kindly hosted by Glen Addicott, owner and coach at Crossfit George. Our rescuers joined in on a team-based workout built around the functional exercises typically utilised at Crossfit. It was a great opportunity to build team spirit whilst working out in time for our busiest season of the year. After the workout our crew enjoyed coffee and a lovely breakfast. Thanks so much Glen, we had a great time.
Photos were taken by Skye Dominy, daughter of our Deputy Station Commander, Garth.
