Off duty Durban volunteers stand-by 50 Miler:

This weekend Sea Rescue Durban volunteers provided support at a number of rapids on the 50 Miler canoe race. Sea Rescue sat on a number of meetings with the organisers safety committee, and all the planning payed off as the event was incident free.Thanks to the Durban off duty volunteer crew who gave up their weekend to make sure that the competitors finished safely. Well done to all who finished the two day race!
