Thank you to the CPUT Survival Centre who were kind enough to sponsor a personal survival training course for Sea Rescue volunteers. The course, run over two days, includes a theory and pracal module and teaches candidates everything from abandoning ship to survival in a life raft and contents of different life rafts. NSRI crew from Hermanus, Simons Town, Kommetjie, Hout Bay and Melkbosstrand took part in this course.survival_44survival_66survival_4456
