At 18h00 on Sunday the 2nd of February, NSRI Mykonos volunteer sea rescue duty crew were activated to assist a local coupled on their Catamaran ISLANDER reported to have dismasted in 38 knot gusting winds.NSRI Mykonos sea rescue craft arrived on the scene to find the couple safe but unable to sail their yacht. A tow-line was rigged and the yacht was safely towed into Saldanha Bay without further incident. Once safely berthed the couple required no further assistance.Stn 4 - Yacht dismasted
