Bayside Maintenance Team help Stn 19:

The Bayside Maintenance Team, headed by Johann Els, visited station 19 Richards Bay as part of their community service. They helped with some much needed maintenance on the base railings and with the kind help of Sak Services from Johannesburg some 300m of stainless cable was replaced.When they had finished their work they had a brief talk on what we as the NSRI do, and then enjoyed a trip into the harbour on The Spirit of Richards Bay. Station 19 would like to thank them all very much for freeing up our time so that we could concentrate on training. Station Commander Cornel Du Toit giving a talk before the job begins.
