Focus on fitness at Shelly Beach

This weekend saw the crew from Shelly Beach completing their regular fitness test.It was “hard but rewarding” said training officer, Bianca van Zyl. “The crew are motivated and eager to beat their personal best in a few months time.” The crew after finishing the 2kms run with Caltex Challenger II in the background.Deputy Station Commander, Pieter Coetzee, said the added spin-off was the team spirit on the day. “The crew rallied around, encouraging each other and cheering each other on.”
